Aurelia Capital verification specialists reviewing sourcing documentation

Features designed around verifiable transparency

Every capability inside Aurelia Capital exists to answer one question clearly: can this claim be checked? Explore how our verification layer, audit trail, and reporting tools work together.

Core Feature

A verification log you can actually read

Instead of a single "verified" badge, Aurelia Capital produces a structured record for each claim — what was checked, by which method, and when it was last confirmed.

Most sourcing claims arrive as a sentence on a label. Our log turns that sentence into a traceable record, broken into discrete checkpoints that can be reviewed independently rather than taken on faith.

Entries are timestamped and attributed to a specific review stage, so it is always clear whether a status reflects an initial check, a scheduled re-check, or a flagged exception awaiting resolution.

This structure is the same one referenced throughout our methodology section — the log is not a separate marketing layer, it is the primary output of the verification process itself.

How It Works

Three stages behind every feature

Each tool in Aurelia Capital is built around the same underlying process, so the features function as a single system rather than a set of disconnected add-ons.

01

Collect and structure

Claims and supporting documentation are gathered into a consistent format, so later stages can compare like with like instead of free-text statements.

02

Check and annotate

Reviewers work through each checkpoint, noting what was confirmed, what remains unresolved, and what would be needed to close an open item.

03

Publish and re-check

Confirmed entries are published to the log, with a defined point at which the entry is scheduled for review again rather than left to stand indefinitely.

Independent Oversight

Review separated from reporting

The team producing a claim is not the same team confirming it. That separation is a feature in itself — it is what allows an exception to be logged even when it is inconvenient to the party being reviewed.

Where a checkpoint cannot be confirmed, the feature set is built to show that gap plainly rather than smooth it into a passing status. An unresolved item stays visible in the log until it is either closed or formally withdrawn.

This is reflected in how the dashboard is structured: open items and confirmed items are never merged into a single composite score that could obscure the difference between them.

Reporting Tools

Exports that match what is published

Reports generated from Aurelia Capital pull directly from the same log entries visible on the platform — there is no second, simplified version produced for external use.

Feature Purpose Output Review cycle
Checkpoint log Record each verification step Structured entry Scheduled
Exception flagging Surface unresolved items Visible status Continuous
Export reporting Share verified status externally Document export On request
Re-check scheduling Prevent stale confirmations Reminder entry Periodic
